My Purpose Redefined

I am Rachelle Sylvain Spence

Take a moment and envision this:

You wake up on Monday morning feeling more refreshed than an ice cold rum punch on a hot Summer day, beaming with energy and excitement to start your busy week.

Your schedule is packed.

After all, you’re a working woman that wears multiple hats as a mother, business owner, caretaker, wife – all of it.

But instead of looking at the week ahead of you with dread, you feel ignited by the flames of joy, excitement, and confidence:

Genuinely lit from within, charged with positive energy, driven by an intense inner motivation.

Your mind is clear, sharp, focused.

You know exactly where you’re going in every area of your life and exactly how you’re going to get there.

You can feel the sparks of your inner power emanating out of your fingertips because you’ve figured out how to effortlessly balance the scales of life in your favor.

And you cannot wait to step into the world as your fullest, most aligned, most empowered self.

No excelling at work, only to find that other areas of your life are falling apart.

No laying in the bed for hours at night, unable to sleep because you keep thinking about wanting more out of life, only to wake up feeling empty, unfulfilled, and disappointed.

No going through the motions.

Just you boldly claiming your power over each day, your inner motivation fueled by your own fire.

What if I told you that I know exactly how to translate that vision into your reality?

I’m Rachelle Sylvain Spence, founder of R Motivation, certified life coach, and impact igniter for professional and entrepreneurial women who are tired of wrestling around with life trying to find balance, fulfillment, and purpose.

And not too long ago, I was right where you are:

Unfulfilled. Uninspired. Unbalanced.

I was playing a role in life I thought I should play. But when I woke up in the morning, something just felt off.

I felt like I was missing something.

You see, before I became a coach, social work was my focus.

But as much as I loved social work and the positive impact I imparted on the lives of the people I worked with, I was often disheartened by the limitations of my clients’ circumstances (and the system).

An inkling kept pulling on my heart strings whispering to me that I was meant for more. I didn’t just want to turn dysfunction into function; I wanted to plant the seeds of excellence and help my clients grow into greatness.

Impact like this isn’t limited to the phenomenal women you’ve just read about.

It’s yours for the taking.

Change isn’t easy, but then again – everything worth having in life requires a little bit of effort.

You want to get your life together. And I can help.

This is for you if you have the right attitude.

  • If you’re willing to put in the work, get feedback, and implement.
  • If you’re willing to invest in yourself.
  • If you’re open to receive.

Ready to tap into your intuition, get back in touch with your purpose, and rebalance your life?

Ready to blossom into your most fulfilled,
most energetic, and most aligned self?

While I’m all about helping you find your inner rhythm, my time as a social worker wasn’t the first time I discovered my own knack for listening to my intuition.

When I was 11 years old, my father held a prominent role within the Haitian government. But his leadership position and prestige didn’t mean much in the middle of a revolution.

In fact, it made my childhood home a target. I’d heard stories of angry crowds gathering in front of the homes owned by those in more prominent positions. But luckily, we’d been spared.

That was, until one evening, I caught a strange, nagging feeling.

Something told me not to stay in my bedroom. I didn’t know why. Or what. All I knew was I just couldn’t sleep in my own bed.

So, I dragged my mattress to my parent’s room.

Not even a few moments later, boulders shot from the angry arms of the protestors, slamming through our windows and doors, pounding at the walls.

The only thing separating us from the crowd was a single iron gate.

My father made calls to his military companions for help, but no one came.

After hours of agony, the iron-gate began to crack under pressure. I was curled under a dresser when I heard the gate crashing open in defeat.

Just as the crowd began to descend upon our home, someone from the military arrived and shot his gun into the sky, causing the crowd to disburse.

I’d discover later that the crowd had thrown the most boulders into one room. In fact, there had been so many rocks thrown, that it was said
anyone who was in the room wouldn’t have survived.

That room was mine.

My intuition saved my life

And when you listen to what your inner voice is telling you, you can save your own life, too.

You can save your own life from the drab and dreary, unfulfilling motions of everyday life.

You can save it from debilitating stress and crushing overwhelm.

Your inner self is trying to tell you something.

Will you
